Virtutis
we help founders and VCs find buyers or investors for their companies, and advise on their capital strategies and international market entry

Real World Focus
we work with companies building businesses that have physical assets. This could include;
Transport and Infrastructure
Energy
Food and AgricultureAll of these areas have similar fundamental problems from a capital strategy perspective.
- Likely to need capital from Family Offices
- Patient Capital often required
- Capex and Working Capital Intensive
- Heavy R&D focus
- Long sales cycles
- Multi year revenue contractsVirtutis has deep Family Office (FO) relationships across Southeast Asia, Korea, the Middle East, Australia/NZ and North America. We align with Family Offices on their priorities, as we believe FO investors will be the cornerstone of so many Tech solutions that have a hardware element to the revenue streams - able to support with long term, patient capital where VCs cannot.Family Offices - compared to VCs - are opaque, and hard to penetrate, and having an advisor "on the inside" provides privileged access.

M&A Advisory
founders and investors hire us to secure a buyer for their ventures. We believe M&A is the right path for almost all startups.
i) certainty of a financial return, and
ii) the freedom to go on to build something new (or chill on a beach - you choose!) is for most people (and their families) a more preferable outcome than chasing some mystical unicorn fantasy. We work with founders that have a preference for M&A, helping them to shape their company for eventual sale to a strategic buyer, and then running tight, competitive bidding processes to secure that exit. We're best in the mid-market - with company valuation topping out at say USD 300m, but more than happy to look at M&A deals starting at around a USD 30m valuation.

Growth Capital Advisory
similar to M&A advisory - we support founders and their investors in seeking new growth capital.Whether it's equity, debt or a convertible note - we're happy to have a conversation. Broadly speaking, there's two services we can offer:Retained Work
We'll run the whole process.
- business modelling
- deck building
- market research
- investor outreach
- project management
- data room management
- due diligence
- termsheet negotiation and
- overseeing the legal team that'll get you to the finish line. The whole shabang. Recommended for companies looking at raising USD 20m and above.Distribution
If you're too early in your process to need a retained advisor, but we think we have some families, strategics or VCs in your space that we have an unfair advantage in accessing, maybe we can support with some light intros. But this isn't our core.
- on the plus side, it gives us a cheeky opportunity to get front of mind with a few investors we might not have had a chance to speak to for a while, but
- on the negative side, it's a massive distraction from the retained M&A and Capital Raise projects that are our bread and butter.
